Skywarn Registration
Monroe County is offering Skywarn Spotter training free of charge to anyone 18 years of age or older who is interested in being trained in severe weather identification, protection, and reporting procedures. The course is about 3 hours long, and identification codes are issued to all who complete the program.

The 2010 Monroe County Skywarn class will be held in the Meyer Theater of the La-Z-Boy Center located at Monroe County Community College, 1555 S. Raisinville Road, Monroe Michigan 48161.
Skywarn spotters are welcome and encouraged to attend class every year, but are not required to do so. Monroe County has adopted a two year training cycle, and your Skywarn spotter identification number is valid for two years from date of issue.
