Per MCR 1.110
Fines, costs, and other financial obligations imposed by the court must be paid at the time of assessment, except when the court allows otherwise, for good cause shown.
The 38th Circuit Court is offering online payment service through its current credit card service provider, GovPayNet.com. You may make telephone-assisted payments toll-free 24 hours at 888-604-7888.
Before making an online payment to the 38th Circuit Court, you will need the following:
- The Specific Court Payment Location Code (PLC):
- Filing Fees PLC = a000m8
- Fines and Costs PLC = a000ml
- Docket Number or Criminal Case Number
- Dollar Amount Owing
- A Valid Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card
