Luther Haus is a 91-unit affordable senior apartment community for individuals age 62 years or older that is located in Bedford Township. All utilities except telephone and cable are included in the rent. Small pets are welcome. Luther Haus senior housing is income limited for individuals whose income is at or below 60 percent of the median family income for the county or metropolitan area. Ivor Lindsay Apartments Ivor Lindsay Apartments is a 97-units Public Housing community for Low-income seniors 62 years of age or older and disabled and handicapped individuals 21 years of age or older. Ivor Lindsay is income-based and includes all Utilities. HUD sets the eligibility guidelines. River Park Plaza River Park Plaza is an independent-living facility for residents who are disabled or age 50 and older. The units are handicap accessible, but not barrier-free, and maintained within a smoke-free building. Residents can choose from 71 efficiency units that begin at 396 square feet or 77 1-bedroom units that start at 462 square feet. Resident's income must be within the low-income limit set by HUD, which means their income cannot exceed 80% of the median income set of the area. Silver Fox Condominiums Silver Fox Condominiums offers 51 affordable low-income units located in the City of Milan for persons age 55 and older. Woodcraft Square Apartments
800 West Seventh Street Monroe, MI 48161 Woodcraft Square Apartments is a low-income complex that consists of 208 HUD - subsidized apartments for seniors 62 and older, handicapped, or disabled and family households. The main building consists of 120 one and two-bedroom units designated for seniors and disabled residents. The 88 family units include 78 two and three-bedroom townhouses and 10 two-bedroom garden flats. Applicants must be income-eligible based on the very low and extremely low-income limits established by HUD under the Section 8 programs. Dog and cat-friendly 15 lbs and under senior building only.
